We started this newsletter because hundreds of our existing 10,000+ subscribers expressed interest in investing in early-stage CPG. So we created a Deal Flow Portal with vetted, early-access deals. As both our investor list and deal flow grew, we expanded this into a dedicated newsletter.
This newsletter took a brief hiatus, but during the twelve months it was active (Jan ‘24 to Jan ‘25), our 12 newsletters helped deploy $1M+ in capital to brands in our community (and it could have been more!).
We're curating our Deal Flow to not only support the founders in our community, but also to make this a valuable resource for investors. To make this as effective as possible, we're asking all subscribers to fill out this short form so we have the most current information about our investor community.

About the writer
And to introduce myself: hi, 👋 I’m Ali Lee! I’ve been leading Partnerships at CPGD and will be curating these founder stories as sharing a few thoughts on the deals. I graduated from Northwestern University last June, won $130k in pitch comps + grants, raised a pre-seed round for my bug repellent brand, Swarm (in development), and joined CPGD in the fall!
I’m also looking to gain more operating experience at a CPG company in national retail, so if you have a portco who is looking for extra hands, please let me know!
