Over 3 years ago, you might remember Andrea (our CEO) started CNSMR Capital, a community-driven fund to access the deals we were seeing for just $5K minimum LP contributions. But at the time, it was just Andrea and an MBA intern trying to build it part-time, and raising a fund while operating that lean became an impossible undertaking.

Since then, our access to VCs and deal flow has only grown, but the timing to formally invest still wasn't right. CPGD had quietly facilitated more than $2M in capital informally through investor introductions, board connections, and early-stage deal flow. What started organically had already become a meaningful part of the ecosystem we've built around the next generation of consumer brands.

Today, the stars have aligned — with the right team and the right deal — and we're officially launching the CPGD Syndicate! This gives our community direct access to the companies we're most excited about, at lower and more accessible minimums. We've always believed that incredible deal flow shouldn't only be reserved for large institutions, and we especially want to create more pathways for women and emerging investors to get into deals like these.

Why Daily Crunch?

We've been toying around with the idea of a syndicate for a while now, but Daily Crunch was the deal that got us off our feet and made us say, okay, it's time! We couldn't pass this one up!

Laurel is an award-winning entrepreneur who has figured out how to create a snack that's actually healthier through sprouted nuts, which are easier to digest. In an incredibly competitive consumer world, finding a true moat is no easy feat. Daily Crunch has patented their process to get that signature crunch on every single bite.
